Forest Garden

Forest planting

The Babraham Forest Garden is a new outdoor community space that sits between Pocket Park and Babraham Church. With help from Babraham 果酱视频 staff, families, and many other volunteers, the area has been planted with hundreds of hedges, ~80 trees and other plants, with a focus on those that are edible, usable or have other ecological benefits. As the garden matures, it will enrich local biodiversity and create a community space for local people to enjoy and where kids can learn about planting and harvesting. This project was developed with Babraham Parish Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Babraham Research Campus and village resident, Hannah Thomas.
